We are a small team building clear processes and using AI to work more effectively. As our portfolio grows, we need strong specialists—and a reliable pipeline of candidates before roles become urgent.

About the role:

Primary mission

Strengthen LaunchWave’s HR team by filling a key sourcing gap: building a pipeline of qualified Amazon talent, with particular focus on a vetted network of freelancers and contractors available for projects and additional support. You will own sourcing, CV screening, and first screening calls, reporting to the HR Business Partner, who leads subsequent interviews and assessments.

Proven experience sourcing candidates for Amazon businesses is our primary requirement.

What you will do

• Source candidates for Amazon PPC, account management, product development, product research, design, content, and operations roles.

• Search through LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance platforms, niche communities, Telegram and Facebook groups, and referrals.

• Use Boolean and X-ray search to identify relevant talent.

• Write personalised outreach messages and follow up with candidates.

• Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls to assess relevant experience, communication, motivation, availability, and compensation expectations.

• Prepare qualified shortlists with clear candidate summaries for the HRBP.

• Build and maintain a bench of vetted freelancers and contractors, including their skills, portfolios, rates, availability, and team feedback.

• Keep candidate records organised and maintain relationships with promising talent.

• Use AI tools to support sourcing, CV screening, candidate summaries, and outreach, while checking the quality of their output.

• Document search methods and sourcing processes so they can be improved and reused.

What we are looking for

• Essential: proven experience sourcing candidates for Amazon businesses, with examples of relevant roles and searches.

• Understanding of common Amazon roles and the experience needed to succeed in them.

• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other platforms, including Boolean and X-ray search.

• Experience reviewing CVs and conducting first screening calls.

• Experience finding and assessing freelancers and contractors.

• Fluent Russian—our team’s working language.

• Good written and spoken English for sourcing, outreach, and screening.

• Experience maintaining candidate records in an ATS, CRM, or structured spreadsheet.

• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

• An organised approach, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for D2C brands or other eCommerce businesses.

• Experience with AI recruiting tools, prompts, or workflow automation.

• Experience creating scorecards, sourcing reports, or process documentation.

What success looks like

• A growing pipeline of qualified candidates for priority roles. (Amazon, D2C, ecommerce)

• Relevant initial shortlists within seven working days of an agreed search brief.

• A reliable freelancer bench that helps the team access specialist support quickly.

• Accurate candidate records and a responsive, respectful candidate experience.
