Main Responsibilities

The Talent Supervisor is responsible for the design, coordination and continuous improvement of the employee’s experience at property level, ensuring a consistent, engaging and supportive journey throughout the employment lifecycle. The role focuses on onboarding experience, in‑season engagement, grievance handling and offboarding feedback, acting as the key link between employees, line management and HR leadership to safeguard employee satisfaction, retention and workforce continuity.

  • Employee Lifecycle Experience Ownership: Own the employee experience journey from onboarding to offboarding at property level. Ensure consistency and quality of experience across seasonal and permanent employees. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee experience‑related matters.
  • Onboarding & Early Tenure Experience: Coordinate onboarding experience activities beyond administrative processes. Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and culture. Collaborate with HR Ops, TA Ops and Employee Services to align arrival, induction and first‑weeks experience.
  • Employee Engagement & Feedback Mechanisms: Ensure proper deployment, participation and follow‑up of EESS / engagement surveys. Analyze feedback and develop action plans in collaboration with managers and HR leadership. Monitor employee sentiment trends throughout the season.
  • Employee Grievances & Experience Resolution: Handle employee experience‑related grievances in alignment with internal SOPs. Act as mediator and escalation point for experience, conduct or engagement concerns. Ensure timely resolution and documentation of cases.
  • Exit Interviews & Retention Insights: Conduct and oversee exit interviews for departing employees. Generate insights related to attrition drivers and employee experience gaps. Provide input with retention and repeater strategy discussions.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate studies or certifications in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding are a strong asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Talent Experience roles, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sector. Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including pre boarding and onboarding.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job portals, etc.). Familiarity with training needs analysis, performance development plans, and career pathing tools. Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Competence in employer branding and promotion of corporate culture through onboarding and development strategies.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus in multinational contexts.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. High degree of empathy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service excellence. Passion for talent growth and a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using HRIS platforms and LMS tools (e.g., Pylon, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle) is an advantage.
