The role acts as the operational backbone of HR, translating HR strategy and policies into effective execution on the ground, while managing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations and (where applicable) Compensation & Benefits execution.

The HR Operations Manager ensures that all HR operational processes are scalable, ready and fit for high‑volume, seasonal environments, serving as the primary escalation point for complex HR Operations matters and supporting the Property HR Senior Manager with data, insights and operational stability throughout the year.

1. HR Operations Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coordinate and supervise the HR Operations team, including HR Ops Specialists, and TA Ops Specialist.
  • Set priorities, allocate workload and ensure effective coverage during peak seasonal periods.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators for HR Operations (timeliness, data quality, compliance, service levels) in collaboration with the HR Senior Manager.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching and quality control to ensure consistent execution of HR Operations processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hotel management on HR Ops and compliance matters before escalation to the Property HR Senior Manager.

2. HR Operations Process Ownership & Execution Governance

  • Own and govern the full HR Operations lifecycle at property level, from pre‑boarding and onboarding (documentation collection and validation, Pylon profile creation, contract creation and final paperwork submissions to governmental e-platforms) and off‑boarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of contracts, documentation, system registrations and statutory submissions in line with legal and Group standards.
  • Oversee the quality, consistency and timeliness of HR administrative execution, ensuring SOP adherence and audit readiness at all times.
  • Responsible for the full management, data entry and monitoring of the HRMIS file which functions as a key bridge between HR systems and the General Managers’ financial budgeting files and is the de facto data warehouse for all Recruitment-related Reports.
  • Continuously review HR Operations workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

3. Compliance Leadership & Regulatory Oversight

  • Act as the property‑level owner for the HoDs for labour law compliance, ERGANI submissions, statutory reporting and internal HR governance together with the property HR Senior Manager.
  • Provide operational guidance to managers on disciplinary procedures, documentation standards and compliant handling of employee relations cases.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Payroll and external authorities where required, ensuring proper documentation and traceability together with the property HR Senior Manager.

4. HR Data Integrity & Payroll Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, including HRIS, time & attendance and payroll‑related inputs.
  • Govern the quality and consistency of HR data used for payroll processing, budgeting and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Finance to identify recurring data or payroll issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee HR reporting at property level and reports like, (time attendance, Ortec departmental manning, work accidents, absenteeism-sick leaves).

5. Talent Acquisition Operations & Workforce Readiness

  • Oversee Talent Acquisition Operations execution at property level, ensuring readiness for high‑volume recruitment cycles and mass onboarding periods.
  • Coordinate closely with the TA Ops Specialist to ensure timely hiring execution, documentation readiness and smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Support seasonal workforce planning through operational insights, data validation and execution readiness.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & HR Programs

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and HR Employee Services to ensure seamless HR Operations support for the business.
  • Support the operational execution of Group HR initiatives by providing data, process coordination and HR Ops readiness.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment between HR Operations and hotel departments on operational HR matters.

7. Employee Relations – Operational Governance

  • Monitor employee complaints and queries received through HR channels, ensuring timely, fair, and consistent responses.
  • Provide guidance to managers on conflict management, on performance documentation, procedural fairness and company compliance standards.
  • Ensure consistent handling and tracking of employee relations cases from an HR Operations and compliance perspective.
