Job Title: Talent Support Associate (Influencer Marketing)
Reports to: Talent Director (US Talent Team)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Employment Type: Full-time, 3-month probation period
Role Purpose
This role exists to absorb day-to-day inbox and deal-execution management for the current talent roster, freeing the Talent Director to focus on roster expansion, particularly signing dermatologist talent in Black and LATAM-facing markets. This is a support/coordination role, not a strategic or negotiation-lead position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage the shared inbox daily, flagging deals that need the Talent
- Director's direct attention (close-down or upsell opportunities) vs. routine correspondence
- Respond promptly to new inbound brand/partner emails with standard replies, rate cards, and availability info
- Follow up with current roster talents on execution details once deals are closed (deliverables, timelines, content approvals, payment status)
- Align on and operate within internal signing and payment platforms
- Onboard onto and follow SOPs for documentation and record-keeping
- Provide a daily or end-of-day summary/alignment check-in with the Talent Director on inbox status and open items
- Maintain organized records of deal status and correspondence for the existing roster
What This Role Is Not
- Not responsible for new talent sourcing, signing, or high-level brand negotiation
- Not expected to make independent judgment calls on deal terms - routes tangible/complex items upward
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing, coordination, or admin role (with agency experience as a plus)
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media contents
- Strong written English communication and fast, reliable responsiveness
- Comfortable working independently within a defined daily workflow
- Able to work 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT consistently, and follow the Korea holiday calendar
- Based in the Philippines, Working From Home
What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)
- Inbox response time consistently same-day
- Zero missed follow-ups on active talent deliverables
- Talent Director's direct email load reduced to only deals requiring negotiation/closing judgment
- Demonstrated understanding of exclusive talent rosters and their priority in deal- making, including content style fit, how to package deals, and sorting/flagging the most important deals and brands to escalate to the Talent Director
Probation Review
At the end of the 3-month probation period, performance will be reviewed against role
expectations (response time, follow-up completion, alignment consistency). Continued
employment is contingent on this review.
