Job Description
Conduzir de forma autônoma a apuração, revisão e conciliação de PIS/COFINS (regime não cumulativo) e dos tributos retidos na fonte (IRRF, CSRF/PCC, INSS, ISS), garantindo compliance e acuracidade;
Realizar análise crítica de créditos (operações creditáveis, insumos, entradas) e dos fatos geradores de débito,
assegurando o correto aproveitamento e a mitigação de riscos.
Atuar como ponto focal técnico de PIS/COFINS e retidos para as áreas de negócio, interpretando a legislação e definindo o tratamento tributário das operações no seu escopo;
Gerir créditos tributários (PER/DCOMP, créditos extemporâneos) e acompanhar notificações e malha fina (e-CAC), atuando na regularização;
Elaborar e revisar a EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf e DCTFWeb, bem como as memórias de cálculo que suportam as apurações;
Assegurar a conciliação fiscal x contábil dos tributos do seu escopo e a coerência dos saldos no Balanço;
Analisar o impacto fiscal de novas operações e de mudanças legislativas, propondo regras, parametrizações e melhorias de processo/automação;
Revisar tecnicamente o trabalho de analistas juniores no seu escopo, elevando a qualidade das entregas (sem responsabilidade formal de gestão de pessoas).
Apoiar a preparação e a implementação da Reforma Tributária (CBS/IBS) no que tange a contribuições e retenções;
Suportar auditorias externas (incluindo revisões da EY) e fiscalizações, respondendo a intimações no seu escopo.
