An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading international financial services provider during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the Irish tax compliance function, manage an established team of three and play a key role in supporting the continued development of the business.

The Role:

• Oversee the preparation and review of Irish corporate tax returns, tax provisions and assessments.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Oversee tax compliance obligations across investment fund structures, particularly private equity.
• Act as a key contact for external advisers, auditors and tax authorities.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of three tax professionals.
• Drive process improvements and support the expansion of the Irish tax offering.

What We're Looking For:

• Established Tax Manager with strong Irish corporate tax compliance experience.
• Previous experience working with investment funds or fund structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and withholding tax.
• Relevant Irish tax qualifications.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical tax matters.
