Responsibilities Lead international tax advisory engagements for inbound and outbound investments. This includes MNE groups that listed in Thai SET and other stock exchange market around the globe. Advise clients on cross‑border structuring, holding structures, and tax‑efficient supply chains Advise clients on tax optimization as well as tax incentive regimes that may be beneficial to the clients Provide technical guidance on BEPS, Pillar Two, transfer pricing alignment and tax treaties Handling personal wealth and estate tax planning for family offices Support M&A transactions, reorganizations, and post‑deal integrations from a tax perspective Review and oversee international tax compliance to ensure advisory‑led, risk‑aware outcomes Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a compliance provider Collaborate with global Forvis Mazars teams to deliver seamless global tax solutions Coach, develop, and review work of senior associates and consultants Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Law CPA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred 7–10 years of international tax experience, ideally from Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firms Strong technical knowledge of Thai tax, international tax, transfer pricing, BEPS, and tax treaties Proven experience managing multiple advisory engagements and complex client issues Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal Leadership mindset with experience coaching high‑performing teams Growth mindset and open to learn Teamwork mindset #GrowBelongImpact
