Teaching Mentor (Remote)

Our mentors are all alumni of specialized high schools, and many are Olympiad award winners themselves.

As a Teaching Mentor at Springboard, you are equipped with a goal to deliver the best courses and activities to help our students achieve great progress in their English-gifted learning as well as to be a great companion in their long-term educational and personal growth. You will be part of a young and talented team who are enjoying working towards the mission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons for high-level English programs: Gifted School Entrance Exam / Province-Level Gifted Exam / National English Competition exam. You will be assigned to courses that are suitable with your expertise and experience.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students’ levels and learning goals.
• Monitor students' progress and provide detailed feedback to enhance their academic performance.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs organized by Springboard Academic Management Team.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that supports both academic success and personal growth.
• Engage in extracurricular activities that contribute to students' language learning and overall development.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a former student of a Gifted High School (specialized in English) or a non-Gifted High School but must have participated in the National English Competition (NEC) in Vietnam.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in English Language, English Pedagogy, or English Education is a plus (not a must).
• Able to commit at least 8-10 hours per week, including class time.
• Passionate about language teaching, student success, and innovative teaching methods.
• Strong work ethics and professional manner.
• Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience in online language teaching or mentoring is an advantage.
