Role Description The Team Leader Telesales (KSA – Training Sector) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing a telesales team that promotes training programs and services. This role includes planning and distributing daily call targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and coaching to team members. The Team Leader will handle complex customer inquiries, support the team in closing sales, and ensure a high standard of customer experience in every interaction. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with management to refine telesales strategies for the training sector. The role requires proactive communication, continuous team motivation, and adherence to company policies and professional standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, coach, and motivate telesales staff and manage performance.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to drive conversions, meet targets, and support revenue growth in the training sector.
• Experience in telesales or call center environments, preferably in training, education, or digital services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
• Fluency in Arabic, with good English communication skills considered an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
