We are looking for a skilled and confident Team Trainer with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Email Marketing to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable training team members, demonstrating live setups, and guiding them through practical email marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and guide team members on email marketing strategies and best practices.
• Demonstrate live Klaviyo setup, including account configuration and integration.
• Set up and explain email marketing campaigns, flows, automations, and audience segmentation.
• Teach email template creation, list management, and campaign optimization.
• Provide practical, hands-on training and troubleshoot setup-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience with Klaviyo.
• Excellent understanding of email marketing and automation.
• Previous experience training or mentoring team members.
• Ability to conduct live demonstrations and explain technical processes clearly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
