生成AIを「使う」から「業務に実装する」へ。資産運用の現場で、AI活用を推進する長期インターンを募集します。

募集概要

• 期間: 6カ月以上(長期)
• 勤務形態: 週に２回程度までリモート勤務が可能
• 配属: テクノロジー部門

本インターンで得られる経験

• 実際の業務課題への取り組み: 運用、営業、ミドル・バックオフィスの各部門と連携し、現場の課題を把握して解決策を形にします。
• 一連のプロセスへの主体的な関与: 企画、開発、テスト、文書化まで、一貫して担当します。
• グローバルな環境: 海外のテクノロジーチームによるレビューを受けながら、実践的なスキルを磨けます。
• AIガバナンス・リスク管理の実務: 金融機関におけるAIの安全な活用方法を、業務を通じて習得できます。

部門の取り組みと役割

資産運用業務の高度化と効率化を目的に、全社で生成AIの活用を推進しています。本インターンは、テクノロジー部門の一員として、業務システムの開発・運用支援と、ビジネス部門へのAI活用の展開を担います。

業務内容

社員のレビューのもと、ビジネス部門と連携しながら、課題の理解から解決策の検討・開発・検証・文書化までを主体的に担当します。

• 業務システム、業務ツール、自動化ソリューションの開発・改善・運用支援
• アプリケーションの設計、コーディング、テスト、技術文書の作成
• 各ビジネス部門におけるAIユースケースの調査、提案、プロトタイプ作成
• 業務ごとにAIを安全かつ効果的に活用するための仕組みづくり(プロンプト、エージェント設定、ナレッジの整備・文書化)
• AIガバナンス・リスク管理の支援(利用ルールの整理、出力品質の検証方法の検討など)
• 海外テクノロジーチームおよび関係部門との連携

応募資格(必須) 　

• プログラミングの経験(言語は問いません。授業、研究、個人開発、インターン、ハッカソンなど、経験の形も問いません)
• Claude、ChatGPT、Geminiなどの生成AIを、日常的に利用していること
• 金融・資産運用業務に関心があり、主体的に学ぶ意欲があること
• 英語の技術文書を読むことに抵抗がなく、海外チームを含む多様な関係者と協働できること

経験の規模は問いません。すべての要件を満たしていなくても、特定の分野で高い実力や実績をお持ちの方は、ぜひご応募ください。

歓迎要件

• 生成AIを用いて、ツールやアプリケーションを短時間で作成した経験
• 生成AIの出力の誤りや限界を理解し、内容を確認しながら使用している
• 作成したツールを、設計、セキュリティ、AIの利用コスト(トークン使用量)などの観点から見直した経験
• アプリケーションや業務ツールを、個人またはチームで開発・運用した経験
• Gitなどのバージョン管理を含む、設計から運用までの開発プロセスへの関与経験
• 生成AIを用いたエージェントやワークフローの構築経験、または生成AIと外部システム、データ、APIとの連携経験
• 情報漏えい対策など、AI利用時のデータ保護に関する基礎知識
• クラウド、API、データベースの基礎知識
