Lead Full Stack Engineer
who is a hands-on technical expert, a mentor to others, and a deep-diver into thorny technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence & Execution
Technical Leadership:
Serve as an expert across multiple technical areas, resolving complex problems and guiding intermediate and junior engineers through them.
System Design:
Design the detail for moderately complex systems, ensuring high standards for quality, performance, security, and reliability.
Frontend Mastery:
Implementation of high-performance, responsive interfaces across web and mobile, ensuring seamless user experiences using
React
,
React Native
, or
Flutter
.
Full Stack Development:
Build reliable backend services (using .NET Core or Node.js) and intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
Quality & Testing:
Advocate for and maintain rigorous testing standards using tools like xUnit, Vitest, and Playwright to improve coverage across the stack.
DevOps & Infrastructure:
Support deployments and monitoring on AWS or Azure, contributing to Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Kubernetes.
Project & Team Mentorship
Delivery Support:
Help the team translate solution designs and requirements into granular tasks and epics.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify technical risks to delivery and develop remediation plans to keep work on track.
Collaborative Mentoring:
Coach and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a learning-oriented culture.
Stakeholder Bridge:
Communicate clearly with product owners and client stakeholders about technical trade-offs and progress.

Technical Depth:
Significant experience with .NET Core (C#), Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
Cloud & Containers:
Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills to balance delivery pressure with technical excellence.
