About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. About the Role Pelico's customers feel one pain above all: missing parts that block delivery. The Solution squads are where we turn Pelico's platform into a product that fixes it. Each squad owns one solution surface — Material Coverage & inventory, Quality, Supplier & customer Collaboration / AI Buyer, MRO & Aftermarket, Program Management, or Strategic Account Support — composing our platform's building blocks into workflows that work across many customers. You'll lead one surface end to end: ship it fast, keep it configuration-first, and feed real customer patterns back into the platform — while our Regional Solution Engineering pods carry the day-to-day customer relationship. What You'll Do You'll own a solution surface — and build it yourself: Ship the surface. Compose configuration, compute, widgets, connectors, and agents into customer-facing workflows that pass a real acid test on real customers. Stay configuration-first. Solve in Phoenix YAML wherever you can, reach for code only when it's worth it, and never let the surface fragment into per-customer forks. Set the bar. Author specs, run the spec-driven workflow, and put eval and review gates on anything AI-assisted that touches a customer. Harvest the field. Spot the patterns that recur across accounts and turn them into platform capabilities, so the next customer is faster. Lead by example. Write the code, pair with your squad and the engineers deploying at customer sites, raise the bar, and grow the team as the impact you ship earns it. Your impact: Customers buy outcomes — shortages caught, deliveries recovered, quality exceptions resolved. Your squad is where the platform becomes those outcomes. Own a surface well and you make Pelico's revenue engine both faster and more defensible — and you keep it from collapsing into bespoke work that can't scale. About You This is a lead-by-example role for a senior full-stack engineer with real product and customer judgment. You're energized by shipping outcomes under real constraints, you decide what not to build, and you lead by being in the code with your team. You'll need: A track record of shipping customer-facing product software end to end, full-stack, under real delivery pressure Strong, current hands-on coding — we build in Kotlin / Java 25 (backend) and TypeScript / React (frontend); strong in one and credible across, or a fast learner Product and customer judgment — scope to outcomes, cut to MVP under deadline, decide what not to build A configuration-first, anti-bespoke instinct — you build for many customers, not one fork at a time A track record of leading engineers by example, not by leaving the keyboard You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work — curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows — whether for writing, research, analysis, coding, or productivity — and a genuine interest in staying at the frontier of what these tools can do. Nice to have: Aerospace / defense / supply-chain / discrete-manufacturing context (MRP, BoM, coverage, MRO/TAT, program management, procurement) Forward-deployed / solutions-engineering / customer-embedded experience, feeding learnings back into a platform Configuration- or low-code-driven product experience (YAML/DSL, composable UI, workflow authoring) AI-native ways of working (agentic workflows, eval on AI output, spec-driven development) French is a plus, not a requirement If you bring the essentials and a strong mix of the rest, we want to hear from you — we're hiring the person who'll make this real, not a checklist. Why Pelico We're building something genuinely hard and genuinely important. Here's what that comes with: Meaningful equity — you're building this with us, so you'll own a piece of it Competitive salary benchmarked to your market Flexible, hybrid work model — we care about output, not face time Health, dental, and vision coverage Learning & development budget — we invest in people who invest in themselves Opportunity to work with some of the world's most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously Work at the frontier of applied AI, with exposure to cutting-edge AI tooling and operational challenges inside a high-growth startup Your interview experience Intro call with Talent Acquisition (30 min) Hiring manager conversation with the VP Engineering (45 min) Case Study Onsite 1h30 / 2h Leadership conversation + founders (CEO/CTO) References , run in parallel We move fast and we're transparent at every step.
