Technical Architect -

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect / Lead Architect / Senior Technical Lead
  
• Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, with AWS preferred
  
• Strong SQL/Relational Database expertise; NoSQL is desirable
  
• Proficiency in at least one: Java, React, C#, Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  
• Strong Software Architecture, System Design & Database Architecture
  
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems & Integration Architecture
  
• Strong knowledge of Data Modelling, SQL optimization, Indexing, Transactions, Replication & HA/DR
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps
  
• Strong understanding of Security, IAM, Encryption and Secure Coding
  
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, reliable and high-performance systems
  
• Knowledge of Architecture & Design Patterns
  
• Experience with Observability, Logging, Monitoring and Production Support
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end application, integration, database and solution architecture
  
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable designs
  
• Design secure, resilient, highly available and performant systems
  
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews and POCs
  
• Define architecture standards, patterns and best practices
  
• Design API, microservices and event-driven integrations
  
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on cloud, CI/CD and deployment
  
• Identify technical risks, scalability constraints and technical debt
  
• Create architecture documentation, technical specifications, data models and diagrams
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers, tech leads and architects
  

Preferred

• AWS/Azure/GCP or Architecture certification
  
• NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.
  
• Experience with database migration and modernization
  
• Cloud database services
  
• Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
