📍 Location: Amstelveen OR Eindhoven– Hybrid (2 days on-site / 3 remote)

Are you an experienced Technical Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for designing modern Digital Workplace solutions?

We're supporting a leading international IT services organisation looking for a Technical Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable Digital Workplace environments across complex enterprise infrastructure.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with strong solution design capabilities and enjoys working directly with customers and engineering teams.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing detailed technical solutions across enterprise Digital Workplace environments.
• Translating high-level architecture and business requirements into practical, implementable designs.
• Working across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Supporting enterprise migrations, workplace modernisation and transformation programmes.
• Incorporating DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code into technical solutions.
• Advising engineering teams on security, Zero Trust, identity management and automation.
• Leading technical workshops, presenting designs and communicating architectural decisions to customers.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise Digital Workplace solutions.
• Background in Technical Architecture, Modern Workplace, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience across Microsoft technologies, hybrid infrastructure and ideally open-source solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical design principles, security, automation and infrastructure integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and share technical knowledge.
• Fluent Dutch and English, currently residing in the Netherlands.
• Open to transitioning into permanent employment following an initial contract period.

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience with Nextcloud, Keycloak or other open-source workplace technologies.
• Exposure to sovereign IT infrastructure or regulated enterprise environments.
• Architecture or cloud certifications.
• Experience with large-scale Digital Workplace transformation programmes.

✅ You don't necessarily need to hold a Technical Architect title today. We're also interested in Senior Workplace Engineers, Infrastructure Architects and Technical SMEs who have taken ownership of technical designs and can demonstrate strong architectural capabilities.
