About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect - Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Revenue Lifecycle Management - RLM) and/or Salesforce CPQ, combined with strong Salesforce platform architecture and integration experience.

This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, driving best practices, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Revenue Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud/RLM solutions across the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Lead architecture decisions for product catalog management, product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, contracts, order management, orchestration, and billing.
• Define scalable Salesforce platform architectures, including data models, security frameworks, automation strategies, and governance standards.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and external ERP, finance, order management, and billing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce best practices.
• Establish integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM) and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and Revenue Cloud capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including:
• Data Modeling
• Security & Sharing
• Automation
• Governor Limits
• Platform Scalability

Expertise in Salesforce integration architecture:

• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Platform Events
• Event-Driven Architecture
• MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms

Strong technical proficiency in:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL
• Salesforce Automation Technologies
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, finance, order management, and billing systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, non-functional requirements, security, data governance, and performance optimization.
• Experience defining and managing DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and Salesforce release management strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certifications.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Advanced Technical Architect (CTA) certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments and multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystems.
