As Technical Assistant, you will provide technical and administrative assistance to the Chief Asset Management Officer for analysis, summaries and reports, including technical and financial presentations that will address the requirements of the Chief Asset Management Officer and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Chief Asset Management Office (CAMO) Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Internal Communications:

  • Works closely and coordinates with the different internal stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Asset Management Officer for project updates, compliance monitoring and other project initiatives.

• Records Management:

  • Updates, maintains and safekeeps files, documents, reports and other official data or information.

• Technical Writing:

  • Assists in researching market and industry developments as needed to support the operations of the business.

• Executive Support:

  • Tracks theChief Asset Management Officer’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.

  • Organizes internal and external meetings for theChief Asset Management Officer, including logistical and substantive preparation.

  • Supports the Chief Asset Management Officer external interface by tracking correspondence and action items across the various departments within the organization.

  • Provides special project leadership and support as needed

  • Manages the calendar of executives particularly the Chief Asset Management Officer.

  • Processes payments for all official expenses incurred by the Chief Asset Management Officer.

  • Serves as the custodian of the company credit card for corporate expenses.

• Travel Arrangement

  • Coordinates international travel of employees including flights and hotel accommodations

  • Provides assistance in travel requirements as needed.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Business Operations:

  • Able to understand the power industry and the AP business and use these knowledge to implement/support/recommend tactics and initiatives aligned to the direction of the Facility Head/General Manager and the organization.

• Asset Management:

  • Able to understand and implement fixed asset policy and procedures followed by the organization; can maintain inventory of assets accurately including the monitoring of utilization, movement and status.

  • Able to create reports and recommend policies and standards related to the continuous improvement of asset management processes.

• Market, Industry and Regulatory Updates

  • Ability to conduct research, analyse and monitor market developments, develop roadmaps and formulate tactics and initiatives aligned to the company strategy;

  • able to upkeep the organization with the changes in the market/industry/regulatory

• Document Management

  • Able to properly organize and manage documents and records related to function; can comply to the procedure and policies of document management based on applicable standards

• Business Partnering

  • Able to establish relationship through collaboration and partnership with business leaders/project teams in the identification and prioritization of initiatives/programs/projects including timely communication and resolution of concerns/issues related as well as monitoring of agreed plans/action items

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any 4-year related course

• 2 years of relevant work experience

• Project Experience ( at least as a project member)
