We believe global real estate presents an equally compelling opportunity—but the most valuable intelligence isn't even in the databases yet.

Across millions of professionals, buyer intent, private opportunities, relationships, negotiations and local market knowledge remain fragmented across brokerages, countries and disconnected systems.

AgentWise is building the independent intelligence layer for this market.

Our approach is different: we built the professional network before the intelligence platform.

Today, approximately 1,700 vetted real estate professionals collaborate across international markets. Our community has historically reported 117 transactions involving over £230 million in property value, even before the public product launch.

We have an existing mobile platform in private beta, early private-investor backing and a clear vision for what comes next.

The opportunity

We are building three connected layers:

1. Global professional infrastructure: Verified identity, cross-firm collaboration, communication, private opportunities and intelligent matching.

2. Market Intelligence: A continuously evolving, permissioned knowledge graph connecting professionals, properties, buyer requirements, market activity and outcomes—our proprietary Market Memory.

3. Agentic AI: Specialist AI agents capable of understanding market context, identifying opportunities, assisting decisions and ultimately taking authorised actions across organisations.

Our ambition is not to build another property portal, CRM or messaging application.

We want to build the system that understands how the global property market actually operates.

Your immediate mission

We need an exceptional hands-on technical founder who can take ownership of our existing technology and deliver.

Our application already exists, built using Flutter, Python/Django and real-time communication infrastructure.

Your first priorities:

• Take ownership of the existing GitHub codebase and technical architecture.
• Assess the current product and establish a credible V1 launch plan.
• Personally fix, build, test and ship production software.
• Stabilise messaging, group collaboration, verified onboarding, directory and matching.
• Lead mobile deployment, infrastructure and production reliability.
• Help migrate our established professional community.
• Build the technical foundation for Market Memory and vertical AI.

You will make core technical decisions and help build our future engineering team.

Who we're looking for

You have shipped real products—not just prototypes.

Ideally, you've been a founding engineer, technical founder, principal engineer or exceptional senior developer.

You understand mobile development, backend architecture, databases, real-time systems and production deployment. Experience with Flutter/Dart, Python/Django, PostgreSQL, WebSockets and cloud infrastructure is especially relevant.

You think deeply about AI, data infrastructure, knowledge graphs and where software is heading.

Most importantly, you're independent, commercially curious, ambitious and obsessed with building.

We care more about what you've shipped than where you've studied.

The founding opportunity

This is a genuine technical co-founder opportunity with meaningful, vesting-based equity ownership.

There is no guaranteed initial salary. Compensation following financing is a goal, not a promise. The founding relationship, ownership, responsibilities and any future remuneration will be agreed transparently and structured in compliance with applicable law.

London is preferred, but exceptional remote founders who can work closely with the UK team are welcome.
