Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Summary:
The Technical Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of technical projects and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and track progress of technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders (e.g., engineers, developers, designers, clients).
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and other technical systems.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical specifications.
Generate reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.
Develop and maintain technical procedures and guidelines.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to colleagues on technical tools and processes.
Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
