This is a great opportunity to join our team, Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 and Winner 2026 Inspiring Places to Work™ UK & Ireland

Are you someone who loves bringing structure to complexity, keeping teams focused, and ensuring great ideas become reality?

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role within our Software Engineering function, helping to drive the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions.

In this highly collaborative position, you’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Lead Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create an environment where engineering teams can thrive. You'll be the driving force behind delivery, ensuring priorities remain clear, risks and dependencies are identified early, and teams have the support they need to deliver high-quality outcomes.

We're interested in individuals who have experience in a Technical Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar role within a software development environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, enjoy facilitating planning and delivery activities, and be passionate about continuous improvement. Just as importantly, you'll be a proactive problem solver who can remove obstacles, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

While this is not a hands-on technical or people management role, a good understanding of modern software development practices will help you engage confidently with engineering teams and support successful delivery.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy coaching teams towards high performance, and take pride in turning plans into results, we'd love to hear from you.

Explore this exciting opportunity and discover how you can make a real impact as part of our growing technology team.

With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
