You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth integrations, and an exceptional client experience from day one. What You’ll Do Lead Implementations: Own the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver smooth, on-time deployments. Maintain Momentum: Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days of implementation. Drive Client Confidence: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing fast, effective solutions. Technical Liaison: Serve as a key communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners to resolve issues and remove barriers. Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing to ensure every Autocorp.ai integration works seamlessly. Process Improvement: Document best practices, contribute to the implementation playbook, and gather feedback to continuously refine our approach. Requirements What You Bring Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally within a SaaS company. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Familiarity with the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
