To further strengthen their engineering leadership team, they are seeking a Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in advancing their mission of enhancing industry outcomes through relentless innovation. Combining strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, mentoring and architectural contribution, you'll help drive the evolution of the company's software platforms while delivering high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

You'll remain actively involved in software development while helping shape engineering standards, technical decision-making, platform architecture and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and broader team, you'll contribute to the delivery of robust, customer-focused solutions that support the company's continued growth and success.

- Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions
- Remaining hands-on with coding and solution implementation
- Leading technical design and architectural decisions
- Driving engineering best practices and development standards
- Contributing to CI/CD, DevOps and automation initiatives
- Improving platform scalability, reliability and performance
- Supporting cloud-based solutions and Azure-hosted environments
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' software development experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or Solution Architect
- Strong commercial experience with:

- Microsoft Azure
- Azure DevOps
