Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business and industry needs Engage internal users and external industry stakeholders to identify problems and priorities Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria Prioritise product backlog based on value, risk and technical constraints Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors Own products post go-live, including adoption, stability and continuous improvement Analyse issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritise improvements Technical & Architecture Responsibilities: Provide strong technical product leadership , including evaluating solution options and trade-offs Where required, act as the product’s solution architect , defining high-level architecture, integration approach, data flows and non-functional requirements Where a dedicated architect exists, partner closely to drive coherent technical decisions Role Clarity: Owns product outcomes , not just delivery activity Not a pure project manager role May perform architecture responsibilities depending on product complexity and team setup Does not replace engineering teams, but ensures technical decisions align to product goals Includes accountability after go-live
