Job Description Technical Product Owner - DevSecOps Your Tasks Drive the DevSecOps strategy and implementation across our international contract system Align roadmaps with Product Management, Product Owners and Architects Take end-to-end responsibility for CI/CD pipelines, automation, security integration and cloud deployments Act as technical product owner for DevSecOps-related topics (platforms, tooling, standards) Coordinate and prioritize database-related requirements across international teams and systems Drive technical decision-making for DevSecOps, security and cloud architecture (Azure) Ensure security by design by integrating vulnerability management, compliance and automation into the SDLC Lead and enable a newly established DevSecOps team in a lateral leadership role Act as a central interface between development, operations, security and business stakeholders Communicate progress, risks and strategic topics transparently to management Increase efficiency, quality and reliability in software delivery and operations Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable Strong experience in DevSecOps / DevOps engineering and platform thinking Deep understanding of: CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub), Cloud (Azure), Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Security practices (shift-left security, vulnerability management), Grafana & Prometheus (nice to have) Experience in Java-based environments (e.g. Spring Boot)Proven ability to design scalable and secure architectures Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination Experience working with multiple international teams or complex system landscapes Ability to take a product-oriented view on technical platforms and capabilities Experience in communicating with senior stakeholders / managementStrong ownership mindset and decision capability Fluent in English and German Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
