Technical Program Manager - Financial Crime

About the role: We are looking for an AI Delivery Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure every deployment lands on time with measurable impact. This is a fully remote role based in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE). Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models. Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions. Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation. Proficiency in Python. Proficiency in SQL. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts. Fluent English (spoken and written). Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage). Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage). Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage). Professional working proficiency in Portuguese (Advantage). Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).
