The Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Technical Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of technical and operational projects—from initiation through delivery and launch. In this role, you will focus on the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across internal teams and external partners, specifically interfacing with stakeholders in Arabic-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage technical projects end-to-end from initial kick-off to final launch for a dedicated client, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, core deliverables, and success criteria.
• Timeline & Risk Management: Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers. Proactively map dependencies, identify potential bottlenecks, and execute swift mitigation or escalation strategies.
• Change Governance: Track, oversee, and document Change Requests (CRs), ensuring clear and transparent communication regarding impacts to project scope or timelines.
• Quality & Standards: Maintain high governance standards, ensuring all technical project outputs undergo thorough review processes and strictly meet quality benchmarks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project management colleagues across the wider organization to ensure consistent project management principles and unified reporting standards are applied.

Requirements

• Professional Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English capabilities (essential for interfacing seamlessly with international clients and teams).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing technical or digital delivery projects end-to-end.
• Technical Acumen: Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements and architectures into actionable, structured project plans.
• Methodologies: Proven experience successfully applying Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Execution & Ownership: Confident decision-maker with strong organizational and self-management skills; highly accountable and capable of prioritizing multiple workstreams under pressure with a customer-focused attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Domain Expertise: Practical experience working with digital streaming platforms, video workflows, IPTV, or Content Management Systems (CMS).
