Technical Recruiter (Product Hiring) — Remote

We’re looking for a high-agency Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building exceptional teams for product-based companies.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership end-to-end — from understanding hiring needs to closing top talent and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and product hiring
• Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams
• Hire across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and leadership roles
• Build strong talent pipelines for product-based startups and tech companies
• Drive stakeholder and client management independently
• Use AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve recruiter productivity and candidate quality
• Create innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage multiple roles and priorities with strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Experience hiring for product-based companies/startups
• Strong understanding of technical hiring and engineering roles
• Proven ability to independently manage clients and hiring mandates
• Someone highly ownership-driven, proactive, and resourceful
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI tools effectively in recruiting workflows
• Experience working in fast-growing startup environments is a big plus
