Responsibilities: Source, identify, and recruit top-tier IT talent for internal and external opportunities. Collaborate with partners and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Utilize creative strategies and tools to discover potential candidates and opportunities within the community. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and placement. Maintain a high level of awareness regarding industry trends, market changes, and potential talent pools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology). Proven experience or strong interest in IT recruitment or a related field. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and meet targets effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and sourcing. Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools, databases, and platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in technical recruiting or IT-related roles.
