We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Sales Manager to support the growth of our Animal Health & Nutrition business across Turkey and the wider region. In this role, you will work closely with customers, distributors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and commercial teams to deliver innovative biosolutions that improve animal performance and gastrointestinal health.

You will join a collaborative commercial organization where science, customer focus, and innovation come together to create value for customers and sustainable growth for the business.

The Role & Your Impact

As a key technical and commercial partner, you will help strengthen customer relationships, support business growth opportunities, and provide technical expertise across poultry and ruminant applications. This individual contributor role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and commercial support to drive market success in Turkey.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Provide technical support to key accounts and channel partners in collaboration with relevant technical support teams.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand existing business and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Supervise poultry and ruminant trials, analyze results, and communicate insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry influencers.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide effective on-site resolution of technical and application-related issues.
• Support product positioning and value communication within the market.
• Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and equip distributors with compelling value propositions.
• Contribute to annual account planning and long-term customer growth strategies.
• Represent Novonesis at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and professional associations when required.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Master's degree or PhD in Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience within animal health and nutrition.
• Strong understanding of product application and feed formulation practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish.
• Ability to work independently and manage regional priorities effectively.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned region.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

• Experience with probiotics and enzyme-based solutions.
• Knowledge of gastrointestinal health products and applications.
• Experience supporting distributors and channel partners.
• Participation in professional associations within the poultry and ruminant sectors.
• Experience presenting technical content at conferences, seminars, or customer events.
