About the Role...
Provide installation/deployment of Server, Storage, UPS & IoT product.
IT relocation project implementation.
Implementation of Windows server and backup application.
Provide technical support or hardware maintenance of Server, Storage, UPS & IoT product.
Provide preventive maintenance and remote hand support service for IT equipment in datacenter
Working hour is Mon to Fri (0900 to 1730), Alternate Sat (0900 to1230)
Non-office hour work or 7x24 standby is needed.
About You...
Diploma or certificate in Computer science/IT or Electronic engineering
More than 2 years experience in IT/Server/Storage support, less experience could be considered as engineer position
Willing to learn
Self-motivated, excellent communication skill
