Our quirky and unique workforce excels at managing our customer’s content migration, synchronization, and orchestration challenges like no other in our space. We are poised for rapid growth and need a capable, outgoing and energetic person to provide Technical Support to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

SkySync is seeking experienced customer service professionals to provide support for our expanding customer base of our existing and next generation products.

• Develop a detailed knowledge of the SkySync product suite.
• Remotely diagnose installation, configuration, and general software issues.
• Maintain and improve existing product documentation.
• Train SkySync customers on our software solution.
• Always interact with customers with a professional attitude .
• Maintain a fast response time to tickets during business hours.
• Available to provide off-hours technical support on rotating schedule.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience providing technical support or equivalent schooling.
• Demonstrate an ability to analyze, test, and define product issues.
• A working knowledge of database scripting languages such as SQL.
• Ability to tune performance of network, databases, and software.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners through excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically while solving problems in a rapidly changing product.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.

This position is a great fit for you if you like to engage in direct customer interaction with new challenges on daily basis. Given the autonomous nature of the company the ability to pursue objectives through self-motivation is critical. Also knowing how to handle competing priorities while balancing potential distractions is a must.
