What You’ll Be Doing: Research, write, and edit technical content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and user-friendly. Partner with product, UX, and development teams to gather insights and understand complex technical concepts. Create well-structured, organized, and semantically rich support documentation. Ensure accuracy and adherence to evolving style guidelines while improving documentation readability. Continuously refine documentation processes to elevate the user experience. Conduct stakeholder reviews to gather feedback and enhance content quality. Proficient with tools like Google Docs, WordPress, and Jira. What You’ll Need: At least 2 years of experience in technical documentation for customers, developers, and internal stakeholders. Familiar with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. Experience using image authoring software and other tools for writing, editing, and publishing content. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously. You enjoy ambiguity and can work independently to find solutions. Why Invicti?
