About KX
KX software powers the time-aware data-driven decisions that enable fast-moving companies to outpace competitors, realizing the full potential of their AI investments. The KX platform delivers transformational value by addressing data challenges related to completeness, timeliness and efficiency, ensuring companies understand change over time and can achieve faster, more accurate insights at any scale, cost-effectively.
KX is essential to the operations of the world's top investment banks, aerospace and defence, high-tech manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, automotive and fleet telematics organizations. The company has established offices and a robust customer base across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Overview Of The Role
KX is hiring a Technical Writer to join our Documentation team, take ownership of specific docsets, and contribute to our overall docs strategy and content engineering projects.
This is an exciting time for KX documentation and technical content. Solid foundations underpin ambitious projects to improve the documentation user experience, from internal workflows to the external website and overall product experience.
You’ll work in an AI-enabled environment where you can use AI to learn quickly, accelerate drafts, support meaningful reviews, and validate content and code samples. You still lead the outcome, creating content that is clear, accurate, and delivers what our readers need most.
You’ll join a talented but small docs team, where you can contribute to a variety of projects and support a knowledgeable Engineering group who really care about great documentation.
Take a look at our products and docs, tell us what you think, and share some writing samples or GitHub contributions.
