🛠️ Technician – Field Service Intralogistics AutoStore UK

As a Service Technician you provide technical support for AutoStore products, applications and servicesolutions to our customers in UK. You will act as a brand ambassador by modelling the Kardex Core Values in every interaction with customers & colleagues and be the face of the Life Cycle Service department at our customer sites across the region, mainly greater Birmingham to Midlands. In this important role you must prove to be flexible and willing to commit the time and effort necessary to meet our customers’ needs ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty during every interaction. The questions we will ask you straight away: - Do you speak English fluently and do you have a UK work permit? - Do you have a driving licence valid for UK and do you enjoy driving to customers' sites? - Are you free of vertigo? Your tasks Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on AutoStore systems, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of PLC and basic software issues. Deliver high-quality service within agreed timescales, including customer training, on-call support and technical advice. Act as a trusted advisor by promoting and supporting AutoStore products and services, while identifying business opportunities and generating leads. Maintain accurate administrative records, including service reports, customer feedback and spare parts inventory management. Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contributing positively to team success and continuous improvement.
