As a property, document and physical resource management technician, you help research and manage documents. This includes preserving, classifying, using, consulting and destroying administrative documents and archives. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as the art collection and Société historique Alphonse Desjardins. You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit’s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing. The ability to tailor your approach as needed and make sound decisions is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
- Carry out technical and operational activities and assist with studies, research and analysis. Suggest solutions and help implement them. Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
- Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit’s tools and systems.

What you bring to the table
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
