We are seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join our AI Program, embedded within a dynamic technology portfolio delivery organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes across the enterprise.

You will partner closely with Technology teams (engineers, architects, analysts) and business stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative AI capabilities within well-defined, deliverable products. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that demands both technical depth and strategic business acumen.

We will count on you to:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for initiatives aligned to business and portfolio priorities.
  • Help identify trends, and internal capability gaps to inform product direction from a technical perspective
  • Translate high-level organizational goals into actionable, delivery items with clear success metrics and business outcomes.

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the technical voice of the product — deeply understand model development, data pipelines, APIs, and AI infrastructure, as well as basic traditional principles
  • Partner with engineers and architects to evaluate feasibility, define technical requirements, and make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
  • Drive responsible AI practices including model traceability, bias/fairness, privacy, and governance into the product lifecycle.
  • Drive quality across cross-functional teams and have the right level of decision making to determine trade-offs for delivery.
  • Drive rapid AI POCs to validate feasibility and value, including problem framing, data readiness assessment, evaluation approach, and next-step recommendations.

Stakeholder Management & Delivery

  • Own relationships with senior business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear value propositions and business cases with the proper level of communication.
  • Maintain delivery cadence across cross-functional squads.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments — escalate and resolve with urgency and transparency.
  • Review vendor deliverables for quality, accuracy, maintainability, and alignment with standards; ensure evidence-based progress reporting.

Metrics & Outcomes

  • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and product health metrics; use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to track adoption, outcomes with the ability to steer as needed.
  • Present product outcomes and roadmap updates to executive and portfolio leadership.

What you need to have

  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a Technology Product Manager or Technology Delivery Lead, with at least 2 years working on AI, ML, or data-intensive products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, fast-moving and cross functional technology environments.
  • Strong technical foundation: proficiency in understanding APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data architecture, system design
  • Experience working directly with architects and engineers in an agile product environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority across all levels of the organization.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience within a portfolio delivery or program management office structure in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, or computer vision product development.
  • Background in software engineering, data science, or systems architecture.
  • Experience with enterprise AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Plus: Knowledge of MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or equivalent).

Why join our team:
