In this role, you'll:

Support the successful delivery of technology projects by coordinating project activities, stakeholder engagement, reporting, governance, and project administration. Working closely with project managers and technical teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational objectives while contributing to effective project planning, risk management, and continuous improvement activities.

About you

We're seeking an organised and proactive professional with experience in project coordination or project support within a technology environment. You bring strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate reporting, and support the successful delivery of project outcomes. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience supporting project delivery, project coordination, or PMO activities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting project planning, governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Ability to coordinate project resources, documentation, and schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in technology and customer service environments.
