Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketing Representative to join our team on a contract basis. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to our database, engage with prospects, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role involves encouraging prospects to answer five simple questions and scheduling a 20-minute call with one of our qualified business coaches using an online booking link.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects from our database.

  • Engage prospects and encourage them to answer five predetermined questions.

  • Schedule 20-minute consultation calls between prospects and our business coaches.

  • Achieve a KPI of six calls per hour.



Requirements

You must be based in South Africa to apply for this role.

You must have experience in using the telephone to call customers and prospects as your daily duty

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is necessary, do not apply if you do not have relevant experience.

  • Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects quickly.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using online booking tools and databases.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
