This is a remote position.

A telecom company is seeking a high-calliber sales agent who will contact residential or small-business leads about new internet, fiber and mobile services and help them switch or upgrade. You will also win back customers who are thinking of leaving.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads in newly serviceable areas and explain plans, speeds and promotions
- Convert interest into sales or installation bookings
- Verify customer identity and service address following strict scripts
- Handle cancellation calls with retention offers
- Process orders and update the CRM accurately
- Meet daily targets for contacts, conversions and quality
Requirements
- 1-3 years in telecom, sales or support (telecom experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn plan rules, pricing and promotions that change often
- Calm handling of upset customers
- Own computer, headset and reliable internet
