Role Description

This is a full-time remote contract role for a Telesales & Lead Research Associate at Future Bridge Events. As a Telesales & Lead Research Associate, you will conduct telesales activities, research, identify and qualify potential leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. You will also conduct market research to gather relevant information and insights for future events. This role requires excellent communication and research skills and the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in telesales minimum 2 years
• Experience in market research & lead generation, minimum 2 years
• Cold calling experience minimum 2 years
• Ability to close sales
• Inside sales experience minimum 2 years
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to identify and qualify potential leads
• Proficiency in conducting market research and gathering insights
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
• Previous experience in the events industry is a plus
