Job Responsibilitie

s

* Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to businesses across the USA and Canada

.* Introduce HAS.ONE business solutions and subscription packages

.* Generate leads, identify business requirements, and convert prospects into customers

.* Handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close sales

.* Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and daily sales reports

.* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs

.* Follow company policies and maintain professional communication

.

Candidate Requirement

s

* Minimum 6 months of telesales, outbound sales, BPO, or call-center sales experience

.* Fluent spoken English is mandatory

.* Experience handling USA or Canada customers is preferred

.* Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

.* Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated

.* Must have a laptop/computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

.* Must be available for full-time night shifts
