After 45 successful years in the PPE business , we need the right people to be onboard at the beginning of an exciting time of growth and change. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic self starters, with proven sales ability , a passion and hunger to grow sales in an exciting and rapidly expanding industry.

This is an inside sales role with options for hybrid remote working for the right candidate .

Developing an established existing customer base combined with cold calling to develop and grow business is essential to this role. Understanding of CRM and Ai and how to utilise this tool to develop sales is important.

Compensation:

€36,000 to €38,000 basic salary. OTE, with open ended commission, expected to be €45k +

Possibility for flexible working hours, 4 day week working options for the right candidate .

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or a related role
• Cold calling experience essential.
• Ability to demonstrate sales targets and goals
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of personal protective clothing and safety equipment is a plus
• Residency in Ireland
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Use of Outbound call systems , AI and CRM integration.
