Job Title: Telesales Representative (Marketing Industry)

Role Overview

:You will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling to prospective clients, understanding their marketing pain points, and articulating how our solutions can solve their problems. This role is 100% remote, focusing on high-volume communication and closing sales

.Key Responsibilities

• :Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls daily to targeted leads provided by the marketing team (or self-sourced)
• .Needs Analysis: Qualify leads by identifying their current marketing challenges, budget, and decision-making authority
• .Solution Selling: Explain our marketing services (e.g., SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing) in a clear, benefit-focused manner
• .Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and follow-ups in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• .Objection Handling: Overcome common objections regarding price, competition, and timing with confidence and professionalism
• .Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for appointments set and revenue closed
• .Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding client objections and market trends to refine sales scripts

.Requirements

• :Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Services is a strong plus)
• .Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; clear, articulate, and persuasive
• .Resilience: High energy levels and the ability to handle rejection positively
• .Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, VoIP systems, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams)
• .Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment without micromanagement
