Telesales Specialist - US Market

SYLEKA is recruiting Sales Closers (FULLY REMOTE) for Dial Expert, an established Egyptian company serving clients in the US market.

This role is for confident, persuasive communicators who can build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close conversations with US customers. The opportunity is performance-driven, with a strong earning upside for people who can sell.

Compensation

• EGP 18,000 net monthly base salary
• EGP 40,000–45,000 average monthly payout including performance earnings
• High performers have earned EGP 90,000+ per month

The Role

You will engage with prospective US customers, understand their needs, handle objections, and move qualified opportunities toward a successful close. We are looking for someone who can communicate naturally and confidently—not someone who simply follows a script.

• B2+ English minimum
• Fluent, confident spoken English
• Confident phone presence
• Sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• We are flexible on years of experience; communication ability and sales potential matter more
