Partner with editorial, marketing, production management, and social teams to develop programming, manage resources and budgets, book freelancers, maintain programming through Airtable, and oversee producers/APs as needed.

-
7–10 years of creative production experience, particularly in digital and celebrity-driven content.
-
Proven experience developing shows, writing treatments, and shooting pilots or other original video formats.

Experience working with high-profile talent on set and confidence directing talent in a fast-paced production environment.

A strong creative point of view and keen eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling, internet-forward video.
