Territory Development Associate

Role Description The Territory Development Associate is a part-time hybrid role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the schedule. In this role, the associate helps identify and prioritize growth opportunities across assigned territories, focusing on new client acquisition and relationship building. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, supporting fundraising and business development initiatives, and preparing reports and presentations on potential partners and projects. The associate collaborates with internal teams to align territory strategies with broader media, marketing, and production objectives, and assists in maintaining accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow-up activities. The position requires regular coordination with colleagues and stakeholders, both in person and online, to ensure effective communication and timely progress on territory plans.
