Test Analyst - Senior

Maracas Bay Consulting Inc. is supporting a public sector initiative and is looking to engage an experienced incorporated Sr Test Analyst to provide testing, business readiness, training, and AI-enabled quality assurance services in support of the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Outreach (CLEO) initiative. The resource will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enhancement testing, defect management, training material development, deployment readiness, post-implementation stabilization activities, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.

Location: Remote, Edmonton, Alberta (with occasional onsite travel)

Engagement Type: Consulting Engagement

Duration: 1 Year

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Information Technology or Business
• 5+ years experience coordinating testing activities, developing end-user training materials identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating defects through resolution.
• 5+ years experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with sprint-based testing cycles.
• Experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing service transformation initiatives
• Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification
• Professional qualification in Test Management (e.g., ISTQB or QAI certification)
• Prosci change management certification or designation
• SAFe 6 practice consultant Certification
