Test Prep

Job Description This is a remote position. § Lead the entire Test Prep group in India. § Manage a team of test prep professionals and provide coaching, training, and guidance as needed. § Organize NEET & JEEE & Other competitive exam related coaching/third party tie up for Indian campuses. § Work closely with Principals and the corporate office on implementing the program § Increasing enrolment through these programs § Responsible for P & L Management § Help students of grade 11th / 12th with their Boards preparation and preparing them simultaneously for the competitive exams. § Conduct assessments and interpret the results to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. § Develop and implement programs that align with the needs of students and the school community. § Collaborate with faculty to integrate program and provide resources to support student success. § Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and employers to identify experiential learning opportunities for students. § Develop marketing strategies to promote Test Prep services and attract students. § Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping Work closely with the relevant stakeholders and evaluate student performance data to identify students who may require additional support. Requirements · Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 1 5 years of relevant experience. · Strong Team Management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations. · Ability to analyse data, assess needs, and develop solutions to complex problems. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. · Strong organizational and leadership skills.
