Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify documents required for permits, such as Aor.1, Aor.6, DEDE, ERC, and PEA/MEA regulations . Coordinate with construction teams , clients , and business development teams to ensure compliance with minimum document requirements for permitting purposes. Oversee permit and license execution processes , including interactions with authorities like IEAT , provincial industry offices , the Department of Industrial Works , and ERC . Submit , track , and report the status of permits proactively , ensuring timely approvals . Act as a liaison between business development , construction , and asset management teams for permit-related activities during project execution and transitions. Assist in document preparation during project kick-off meetings and the COD transition period . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven the experience in permitting and licensing within the solar industry. Strong understanding of permit requirements, submission processes, and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., ERC, PEA/MEA, IEAT). Proficiency in tracking and predicting permit milestones and timelines. Effective document verification and reporting skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive and professional approach to handling permit processes.
