Key Responsibilities | 業務内容

• Provide online counseling and therapy sessions to clients.
• Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and workplace-related challenges.
• Develop personalized mental wellness plans based on individual needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional ethical standards.
• Monitor client progress and provide appropriate follow-up support.

業務内容：

• オンラインでのカウンセリングおよび心理療法の実施
• ストレス、不安、うつ、職場での悩みなどを抱える方への心理的サポート
• クライアント一人ひとりに合わせたメンタルヘルスケアプランの作成
• 個人情報の守秘義務および専門職としての倫理基準の遵守
• クライアントの状況や進捗の確認、必要に応じたフォローアップ

Requirements | 応募資格

• Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Relevant professional license, certification, or registration to practice in Japan, as applicable.
• Previous experience in counseling or therapy.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
• English communication skills will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct professional online counseling sessions.

• 心理学、臨床心理学、カウンセリング、または関連分野の修士号をお持ちの方
• 日本国内での業務に必要な資格・免許・登録をお持ちの方（該当する場合）
• カウンセリングまたは心理療法の実務経験がある方
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方（歓迎）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と傾聴力をお持ちの方
• オンラインで専門的なカウンセリングを実施できる方
